I'm SOOOO sorry for your experience there, you should have taken it back. I go there where I want harolds chicken I order it from the highway, I'm from Indianapolis. There very polite. I assume the day you went in was a bad day. The best food in Gary. PLEASE try it again.
It's best to check your order before you leave the restaurant, check temperature and accurateness of your order.
I guess I have been lucky on that aspect too I have never had a problem with the food being fresh or hot. You you should have taken the order back so they would have remade it.
You should have told them they have no problem remaking ur order
You should have taken tour orders back to exchange them for some hot and fresh food. That's what I did once and didn't have that problem again.
