Hello! Does anyone know if this is a public park or do you have to be a resident of Downers Grove? My family and I would love to come here but before we drive over we want to make sure that it’s open to the public! Also, is parking free?

Yes its free I went there multiple times since I was a kid and its open to the public another nice place is lake Katherine its a beautiful park with waterfalls and lakes and ducks and frogs not sure what town it mite be worth or palos heights yes parking is free at both places
