Ordered a Pixel 6 from this location and it was delayed to ship to the store by 3 days (not their fault). I arrived to pick up the phone that Marco Macklenburg set up to deliver to the store and after picking it up i could not find anyone in the cellphone department at 5:45PM on Tuesday to help me activate it. After opening my account they tell me they cant activate it here and I have to go to T-Mobile. I ask for a manager to try and after trying with one SIM card they tell me Marco set up the order wrong and now they cant do anything. What's the point of buying a phone here for the same price as anywhere else if I STILL have to go to the T-Mobile store to set up. Once they make their commission they will send you off for someone else to do the set-up so save yourself the time and gas of driving around for really poor customer service. You would think in a time where I can order this phone online and have it activated through the phone they would be more attentive of customer service. They could not be bothered to help and would rather send you off once the purchase is made. I have 3 phones activated here in the last 9 years and im glad to say I wont be coming back. This place has really gone down hill fast.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve never seen such terrible customer service. I walked in and was not greeted. I then proceeded to wait an hour for help on purchasing a TV. I asked 3 different blue shirt employees and they all stated they would find someone to help. I finally walked up to the front and the guy tells me I have to put my name in the queue! Then he goes, so are you buying like a small tv or something?” Are you serious? No sir, I’m looking for a 65” OLED actually. After having my name put into the queue, I then watch the black shirt employee take 3 walk-ins and look right past me. I try to give the benefit of the doubt and am a very patient person but there’s not getting past the apparent discrimination I just witnessed.

The staff here is always helpful. I have ordered items online and it’s ready very quickly. I can’t remember a single time where I’ve ordered an item, gone to the store for pickup, and the item not be ready. The staff here were very helpful. I was browsing a robot vacuum section and someone came by to see if I had any questions about anything. They also geeked out a little about the tech in the vacuum. I highly recommend this store.

I've always had good experiences at this Best Buy. The Geek Squad has checked my cell phones for FREE, and even installed a new hard drive for free.I recently bought a new tablet on the advice of a young salesman. They do not receive commissions,so there is no hard selling. Every staff member was kind and professional with the exception of one tall blondish woman at the Geek Squad desk.

Currently, social distancing and masks are a requirement. You can walk and shop as you please while being socially distant like any other store. The only difference is if you need assistance with anything or have questions about products, you will have to go online and make an appointment ahead of time with an associate. No one will be able to assist you without an appointment.
