I am way overdue in writing this, but I need to formally thank Dr. Jillian Jackson of the Downers Grove, Illinois location for the five-star care and treatment of our entire family. Dr. Jackson has treated both myself and my wife (we are in our late 40’s), as well as our two boys ages 5 and 9. She has been an absolute godsend for all of us. Dr Jillian’s positive, upbeat and professional demeanor makes everyone feel at ease, and she given us, by far, the best adjustments we’ve ever had. Most importantly for me, my boys absolutely adore her, trust her, and actually look forward to seeing her. How many chiropractors can you say that about?? She has treated our entire family for the past year and quite honestly I don’t think we’d be able to function without her help. We live in Orland Park (a 40-45 minute drive), but it’s worth every penny and every bit of planning to get out there to see her. If you need an adjustment or have kids that you think might need an adjustment, I simply cannot recommend her highly enough, she’s an amazing chiropractor and an even better person. As long as she’s there we will continue to be loyal patients!

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.
The Joint can provide chiropractic adjustments for our pregnant patients. One of the most important times for a woman to receive chiropractic care is during her pregnancy.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.
We make it easy to receive chiropractic adjustments on your terms. We offer a wide range of care options including a walk-in price, flexible packages, and a discounted Wellness Plan. You do not have to sign a contract in order to drop by The Joint Chiropractic and receive care.
All of our doctors at The Joint Chiropractic are licensed Doctors of Chiropractic with the years of experience needed in order to best serve you, and perform recommended adjustments.
We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
