Why would a waitress tell me that I can't get my food cooked a certain way because the cooks get angry? Why would she bring my food knowing that it isn't right? If I wanted so so food, I would go to a fast food restaurant. NOT GOOD!!!

I've never had a problem asking for anything, meat well cooked. Hot butter on my toast, eggs cooked a certain way, they have always went out of their way to provide quality service, sorry you had a bad experience

You should have asked to talk to the owner or manager right away. I always voice my concerns to who ever is in charge, if I don't get satisfaction from the waitress or waiter. I have only dined there twice. And I was very pleased.
