The Plain Jane... is it chopped brisket or is it grounded and formed into a pattie and does anyone know how the meat is cooked? I'm from the south and I'm looking for a place to buy a brisket plate or brisket sandwich.

Hi TexasGirl, thank you for the question. Yes everyone that has answered before me is correct. It is a ground brisket/ground beef blend 80 brisket/20 ground beef burger patty that we prepare in house. We cook it to medium well. I think they are very good, but I might be bias; the 7 Hills Burger has been our #1 selling items since we opened a year ago. People rave about our burgers. Can I be honest with you: I am intimidated by your southern experience and I hope we can compare :)

It's a ground brisket burger. Really amazing taste.
