This comes late I know, but for others with the same question they have a fantastic sales office who can provide details during business hours, and I found their weekly rates to be quite competitive. Not as low as a low end extended stay hotel to be sure, but a great value all the same.
The have daily rates, they could tell you how much your 1 month stay would amount to. But it isn't that type of hotel. I would say call.

I am not sure.the hotel offers breakfast between 7:30 to 9:00 am.
