While I'm not excusing rude behavior, stores are under a lot of stress right now. Try calling the customer service line and instead of yelling. Even if you really want to. Express your frustration with your issue. As someone in customer service industry the calmer the person the easier it is to think clearly and be helpful. When someone's just yelling people tend to make mistakes. When in doubt go into the store.
