I have rescued owls that I have found in trees that needed to come down to protect property due to poor tree conditions to them . They told me they do not release birds around their property. If the bird does not fly , or needs rescue from a tree I would contact them after a 24 hr period. They know how to get ahold of me for avian assistance in a tree rescue or replacement to nests. Other wise if you have one that fancies a perch in your tree just enjoy the magnificent sight of this beautiful bird.
I don't believe they release them from their property. I would just enjoy the sight of them and let them be unless you see that there is an injury or atruggle to fly.
