There's been a Adult Eagle just sitting in our tree since early this morning is this normal for them? We're just on the other side of the river from Hoo Haven so thought maybe one was just released.

I have rescued owls that I have found in trees that needed to come down to protect property due to poor tree conditions to them . They told me they do not release birds around their property. If the bird does not fly , or needs rescue from a tree I would contact them after a 24 hr period. They know how to get ahold of me for avian assistance in a tree rescue or replacement to nests. Other wise if you have one that fancies a perch in your tree just enjoy the magnificent sight of this beautiful bird.

I don't believe they release them from their property. I would just enjoy the sight of them and let them be unless you see that there is an injury or atruggle to fly.
