I don't think any non-private restaurants have dress codes anymore, at least not in these parts. I would, however, suggest not wearing a bikini or pajamas. Just don't dress like you're shopping at Walmart and you'll fit right in.

There is no dress code so where whatever you'd like. I've been here in biz casual, formal attire and even sweatpants. People around you will likely be in casual or biz casual attire depending on the time of day.
