My family and i have eaten there a multitude of times and its always pleasant. Sometimes its how you present yourself that others react upon. Be pleasant, get pleasant.
We have never had a problem there before in 15+ visits. We have only experienced quick seating and great customer service. I would agree with Brent Pearce is correct in saying it must have been a spur of thecmoment thing.

I never had problem there. Staff always friendly & fast & great service. Food is awesome.. I love it..
Not sure what happened, but they have never been rude to me or my family. Maybe it was a spur of the moment thing or someone was having a bad day. We go to this restaurant pretty regularly the last couple of years and it has been good so far.
