I made a order on Father's day my family and I where waiting for over one hour. I call back and she said the delivery driver went to my house and he call and he knock and no one answer.. It was a lie we was waiting for over on hour literally looking outside to make sure we get the pizza.. this people are very very bad In service and in customer service. Horrible would not recommend

Pizza was aweful. I ordered the NY pizza and got hand tossed. The crust was thick and chewy. Will not order again. Gross

The GM of the Zebulon location provided us with exceptional customer service. About a month ago we moved into our new house and the subdivision had been updated yet. So he actually was the 1 who delivered and accidentally forgot a piece of the order. So he drove back and brought it back. He refunded our money and actually credited the $60 order to our account. Absolute man of his word, because I called up and he remembered….without hassle put our order in and got it right out to us. Rarely any issues with this store….but people are people and people make mistakes….when they do….they take care of you. Thank you guys!

The pizza was ordered and delivered within the hour by Matthew. Awesome food, friendly service! I'd prefer Matthew deliver our Pizza Hut orders every time. Great experience.
