The timing was perfect. I was able to walk in with no one in front of me to wait behind. I was able to go up to the counter and turn in my paperwork and be issued plates and registration within 15 minutes of getting there. How many other DMV‘s can say that. At 60 years old I can tell you this is my first time being able to say that! this is also my first visit to this location.😊
They are open Monday through Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Don't believe they schedule appointments, but the line is not too bad usually. I have seen them issue the handicap placard, but not sure about the plate.

Yes you need nothing and they will give you a receipt for proof
They are a contractor for DMV I don't think they do appointments neither does State DMV. They are very efficient took me about 3-5 minutes to renew my tag
I have a vehicle I cancelled my insurance and turned in the tags. I am going to put this car back on the road so what is the process for me to follow? I'll put insurance on the vehicle, Then what needs to take place?

Just take the title or proof of ownership, and proof of insurance, as well as an odometer reading on over to the DMV and they will get you squared away. They're really helpful and pleasant at this location so they will gladly help you out.

you'll need to get a Title first- this means applying for a title and then you can register and get a plate for it. Cost for my home-built (with a dealer supplied title) was $16.

You can’t renew your license here. They only handle license plates, titling, and registration for vehicles.
what is proper sticker date on license plate, with a car inspected in Nov of 2017. this was handled by a dealership, and brought to my attn by a business servicing my car.
