I don't know. I do know that sometimes they are nice and helpful and other times quite rude. As a woman I have always been treated like I'm stupid. I'm not. Men don't like that. Have to go several times before I find the guy who treats me like s client. I've been lied to about specials, coupons & deals. Don't argue so that means going back hoping to get the decent guy. Pro boys, take notice. There a lot of women, head of household, getting their cars fixed, buying tired and inspection. Wise up!
