I was just racially profiled at this branch after waiting for two hours in the drive thru because the branch is closed it’s my turn so I asked the teller for a specific amount she comes back and says you have to call ahead and request that amount the day before,I say ok, so she said I can get half that amount I say ok cool, so the manager comes up to the screen and says they cannot process request because the check didnt clear but the check cleared two days prior and I have been withdrawing money, and they don’t know the bank on the check , so I called another branch 5 minutes away and they said they never heard of either of these practices and they verified that the check cleared , I would like something to be done about this situation or I will take it furtherI appreciate you taking the time to share this, Kevin.
