Motel guests are provided with complimentary fishing passes before Memorial Day Weekend and after Labor Day Weekend. Complimentary passes are not included with room rates during the summer season. So, yes and no.

No this past yr the Oceana was booked by two yr and we paid 10$ to night fish we stayed at motel clise ti there it had pool for night swims and super nice theu were uncer new ownership/ mgt this was our fifth yr and we live it
