I called customer relations, was ignored for two weeks and finally talked to the franchisee owner who according to him addresses complaints and does not allow management to do so. Excuses from all parties so don't expect anything to change because they don't care.

I have been to this restaurant. Had one fellow serving me that almost never came around. Yes speaking to management is a good idea I have found. The old saying is, if you don't know what's wrong you can't fix it.
