Both you can pick one that is furnished or unfurnished. As for the rates they are different depending on if you do a 2 bedroom or a 3 bedroom. Your best bet is to go to the website for more info or even contact the office. Hope this helps. It's a nice place to live.
They do not offer an unfurnished option anymore, you are forced to pay for furnished and the furniture in most of the apartments is gross, old, and is not anything close to pleasing to look at. As for the rates, they go up regularly. Currently, the rate for a 3 bedroom is 579/month. See my review for pictures of the nasty couch I was provided. :)
