I haven’t even been here that long and have already seen this place exchange owners. I ended up having to break my lease early because my grandparents needed help at home, and was told I only had to pay for the next month and they would have someone take my place. Flash forward I’m about to pay that rent, they tell me I’m stuck with the full lease and that I would have to find someone. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PEOPLE YOU CLAIMED TO HAVE READY? Not to mention, since I’ve been here water damage has been a HUGE issue. Pictures below. My bathroom flooded so bad one evening that it was in my bedroom. Our water heater exploded. I had water dripping from the vents upstairs. And FORGET about them doing anything for noisy neighbors. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Not all the apartments are the same. Some are far better and some are far worse. Mold is a huge issue in these buildings, you will find it EVERYWHERE. Cable has been out for 4 months now. Gym is falling apart, broken equipment, never restocking sanitation wipes to clean equipment after use. No security cameras out side buildings. A-venture management was an absolute failure to the renters here but they are abruptly leaving and a new owner is apparently taking over. Hopefully they don't pick favorites when deciding who gets working appliances in their units. These buildings need a serious overhaul.

The management and maintenance are great and work with you pretty well. The new management company has done a lot to upgrade and maintain the facilities. They are pet friendly and having a dog park on site is very convenient. Other great amenities include a pool table, a gym, and an office area where with two computers and a printer. It is in a convenient spot right next to Campbell University and living there has been a great experience.

This apartment has changed drastically in the last few months with the new management. They have gone forward with a new parking lot, an upgraded gym with new equipment, upgraded furnishings in all the apartments, and even a new look for the office (just to mention a few). The new Campbell Creek Apartment staff know exactly what they are doing. They are friendly, nice, and have never hesitated to help. I would highly recommend Campbell Creek Apartments!

No. You do not. You can still rent an apartment
Both you can pick one that is furnished or unfurnished. As for the rates they are different depending on if you do a 2 bedroom or a 3 bedroom. Your best bet is to go to the website for more info or even contact the office. Hope this helps. It's a nice place to live.
