Why wasn't there ICE CREAM at almost 8:30pm on a TUESDAY night?! It might look nicely renovated from the outside, but the SHITTY SERVICE from within tells a totally different story. "GHETTO TRASH"... that's who took over this location.

It's a bunch of young kids there with no customer service skills they RUDE. They stand around and gossip real loud why customers are eating in loud and just stand around and do nothing. Put ppl in there that's going to work and not play

They probably we're to lazy to do anything I saw on goggle that when they say milkshake machine is broke it's not it takes 4 hours to clean it right and they don't want to tie someone up that long on one thing call the number on the soda cup and complain if they get enough complaints they will do something I told the new marketing manager yesterday the tables and floor was dirty and he sent someone out to clean all they did was wipe the tables off nothing was done to the floor they are just lazy people they own the one on market Street and 4th and Jackson and elesmere restaurants to

The morning and night crews are like night and day! The black woman who answered the drive-thru was IGNORANT as heck. She cut me off before I could finish the words "Caramel Sundae". No apology. Nothing. So I drove to the Market Street location in Wilmington. Same story. At least this woman was courteous enough to offer something else; and then apologize when I told her that my husband only likes McDonald's ice cream cones or sundaes. The only two issues with the Market Street McDonald's were that they had no ice cream; and the parking lot was pitch dark.

Probably because no-one wanted to deal with operating the machine that evening. I completely gave up on ordering any shakes EVER from this place....lol it just ain't gonna happen.
