Well that can be understandable but also you get that at every restaurant just about these days but over all them the staff at Zoe's is very very polite and tends to the customers. I've had a problem once or twice with item might have been overcooked or wasn't right but I didn't get a problem with getting replaced or exchanged out when I did call back, later went back in again.
I hate to hear that. We've had nothing but positive experiences there. I do know there is only one waitress after 2pm for the whole restaurant. The younger girls are there for to go orders and running the cash register. They don't run food or have anything to do as far as serving the dine in customers per their job responsibilities. They receive the Togo tips and the waitress, being responsible for dine in gets the tips from the tables.
I Am so sorry you endured that. Their customer service was great when i went.
They are more likely to improve their ability to be more polite in the future.

The food has always been worth the wait. If you let them know your on break or timeline they will do their best to meet your expectations.
I go when visiting family in the area, always great food and never a bad experience with service. My only complaint is that the chicken liver special is just on Wednesdays :-)
