The manufacturer always has a one year warranty on their items. Frames, mechanism's, cushion core warrantys vary. You'd have to check with the manufacturer on that. If damaged from the store you purchased from to you, the stores carrier or the store is responsible. I hope that answered your questions. Usually time frame is 4-6 weeks. Could be longer if the manufacturer needs frames, fabric, etc., etc. from their supplier.
