Well I don't understand that they done it in my Truck and Car 2 but I kept all my money in my pocket and I did find something under the seat but they didn't mess with it I don't think but it had been moved
If your tires have locks on them, most often the lock is kept in that middle arm rest. I'm not sure if your tires have locks though.
