I was late paying for my climate controlled unit and I had all of my parents nice furniture in it plus all of my dad's WWII memorabilia along with family albums, clothes I need yet they auctioned everything off including the United States Of America flag when my dad was laid to rest. My sister's wedding photo was auctioned off and she passed away in 1989. My mom, who passed away in 2014, gave me small gifts which I saved over the years and they auctioned all of it too. If they allowed me two more weeks I would have been able to save it all.
