We called twice to let these people know that we were on our way to the store on Randleman road, knowing that we were going to be there just before closing time of 6pm and two people said it would be ok, to come on. Well, we got there at 5:50 and the employee on duty, or supposed to be on duty, said they couldn't help us, because the manager left for the day and they hadn't worked there long enough to take our money. We called to make sure it was ok to come on and TWO Public Storage employees, one male named Chris and another female employee, told us it would be fine to come on. Grrrr..... Two vehicles and people wasted their gas and time because of these liars and worthless employees.

Saturday hours are posted as 9am. I arrived on 12/18/21 at 8:59:59 am to a sign that indicated manager would return at 9:30 am nonetheless I left and returned at 10am and the office doors were locked, however, the lady returned right as I was leaving. I researched available units on the public storage website prior to visiting the Randleman rd location. I was fully aware of what unit options were available. The moment I ask for a unit; I was told "No." Sadly, the young lady answered before I even finished my sentence. I asked her to please check her records and she confirmed the size I requested was open. Her very next comment was show me your lock. She clearly has little desire to provide customer service, or to provide a unit to certain people. It could be assumed there was more going on here but I cut it short before things went there.

I have had the greatest experience with Public Storage since Miranda has been here. Not the greatest past but since Miranda has been in the office she has just been the best. Excellent customer service. Well done Miranda. Public Storage definitely found a gem when they found you.

Everything was perfect, from my call to my visit. I don't know who I spoke to when I called. One of the managers called back, her name escapes me as well. HOWEVER, I met Ashley at the store! (Face to face contact really helps.) She was great! She took care of everything for us, it was quite painless! Thank you for exceptional service!
