Maybe you should take the 10 seconds out of your day to look in the bag.
Only been through drive through twice, but 1 of those times my order was missing something.
Ive never had a problem with that but i only go to DQ once in a blue moon. I would go inside if the drive thru is a problem.
I have had that problem with them often. They're always friendly about fixing it, but sometimes it takes a couple more tries.
