so many times my husband comes home from drive thru with wrong order!! Have been charged for items that werent included that we ordered. I understand we should check order before leaving driveup, but this has happened sooo many times!! Dont need DQ!!

Maybe you should take the 10 seconds out of your day to look in the bag.

Only been through drive through twice, but 1 of those times my order was missing something.

Ive never had a problem with that but i only go to DQ once in a blue moon. I would go inside if the drive thru is a problem.

I have had that problem with them often. They're always friendly about fixing it, but sometimes it takes a couple more tries.
