Dear Nicole, The kind of pizza place that doesn't answer their phone is the kind that is closed for a day of staff training, and also the kind that is closed for the night to treat their hard working staff to a night out. Our apologies for being closed 2 days a year for staff training and appreciation. We are here for you the other 360 days a year.
