Yes, they are very short staffed. But every time I go there all the employees look to be busy either with helping someone or checking out people at the registers.
Good luck getting help of any kind at that store. It is more of a self help store meaning they don't care to help anyone.

I was there yesterday buying new wood flooring and the guy who helped me Charles was his name he was very helpful he came over and asked if I needed any help would have been completely lost without his help...but I totally agree most of the time the people who work there will walk right by you and not say a word and that's if you can find em..
