It was not open when we were there but we were able to tour grounds for no fee.
My wife and I went last weekend to the annual family day Festival. There was no charge to get in and we had free access of the entire site. We enjoyed the old general store as well as touring the mill and taking to the workers there.
Not if you want to go the self guided tour....there is a small fee if you want a guided tour
Oh yes there is a fee. My Dad and I and they charged 7.00 for us to tour the mill with no guide.
If you go during a festival, there's a charge.
