We rented a paddle board and a kayak today. I have never been paddle boarding before and wanted to try it out. It was so much fun! The team members were friendly and the process of checking in and getting on the water went super quick. I would recommend reading thru all the emails and instructions when you set up the reservations and you shouldn't have any issues.

Do not rent from this company. The owner is extremely rude and talks down to customers. We were shorted an hour and a half of our 6 hour boat rental due to potential rain that never happened and given a refund of $28.44. We paid $564.00 for the 6 hours. I had to call and email several times to even get the refund we were told we would receive. The explanation I received was that the first hours of rental are the most expensive then it’s pro-rated down after that. So the renter isn’t out anything due to rain but the customer is? Makes total sense to some I suppose. I was also told all of the marina’s operate this way. So buyer beware.

Absolute worst customer service ever! The young lady admitted to the 10 of us that they did not review our paperwork the day before. This could have all been avoided had that been done. We were already on the boat watching the safety video when we were told we exceeded the weight limit and we'd have to leave someone behind. We tried to find alternatives so that our group could stay together like renting an additional jet ski. They refused and did nothing to help us keep our group together. They should have done the paperwork before we arrived, some of us drove over an hour to get there! Will never do business here again! Read reviews from Yelp and Tripadvisor! Do NOT do business here!
