No, their food is not greasy. One of the better diners in the Lehigh Valley for sure. Their soups are outstanding as well.
The trivet is a wonderful Diner but personally I always order extra grease for my food

If its a fried item yes. However that's to be expected at any restaurant. The other foods aren't greasy. They aren't great, but they aren't greasy for sure.
