If I hike the ash cave, old mans cave and cedar falls 12 mile loop are there bathrooms at any of the access points along the trail?

There are bathrooms at most of the trail heads/parking lots.

Agreed. All three of the site's you ask about have their own parking lots, bathrooms, and loop trails.
