Well they are closed down now health dpt shut it down no telling what for damn shame I ate from there on a regular basis
I don't think there would be any way of knowing this for sure without calling the restuarant and asking. But my thoughts: They may possibly use the knives to cut all kinds of meats when raw without washing or changing knives in between? I don't think dairy would be in the sauces. Asian sauces typically consist of soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, hoisin, chili pepper, spices, etc. Never heard of milk being in them.... they most likely use oils and not butter to fry their foods.
