I purchased a cargo trailer from Pro-Line after not being able to find what I needed near me. I called and spoke with their team, and they walked me through the different options and even helped me to get a heavier-duty trailer that ended up being better for what I needed. I did have an issue with one of the tires, but their service department had it fixed before I left the lot. I'm glad I drove from NC and would purchase from Pro-Line Trailers again.

bought a trailer 40 days ago, reinforced with reinforced door cost 7.5k. after 10 days of use, the cable broke out with a fastener in the back door. I wrote to pro line with a suggestion that I come to closer repair shop and they will fix it for me (I live 400 miles from pro line) and I sent a reciept to be refunded or I will try to fix this defect myself and they will return $ 100 to me. they said no if , you want to go to us we will subordinate him !!! Are you serious for 6 hours driving one way to weld the hinges? I am very disappointed in relation to customers. idont like to buy the next trailer from them. thanks

I had a great experience with Pro-Line Trailers. They even had a key change in sales personnel while I was in the middle of buying and picking up my trailer and they handled that like pros. I drove up to Elkhart, IN (trailer town) to pick it up from Dallas. The staff met me on a Saturday to pick it up. The gave me a complete walk through of my new trailer, gave me a tour of the factory so I could see how it was built, and even invited me to lunch after. Great experience. I got the title in the mail, as promised, about 3 weeks after my purchase.
