WHAT? That was the most friendly and expedient DMV visit I've ever experienced! All of the employees that we worked with were very friendly and helpful. Their system for registration was efficient and easily understandable. How awesome!

Service is good just depends on what you are going for and if they busy or not on your wait time. For example I came in here with them not busy it toke about 10 minutes in and out which is pretty great but I have also have came in with it busy it toke 2 hours in & out which is also understandable because they was really busy dealing with alot

I'm from NY, land of as$#oles, and this DMV was so different than the ones I'm used to up on Long Island! The woman behind the desk was courteous, and actually seemed as if she wanted to help me, and was good at her job. Great place!

Did you call the 1800 number or the officethe 1800 number although hard long wait times will tell you which office is open and help you make an appointment... Agent said there may be some lags on the website with the info being current

I had to make appointments for my last visits. ADVICE : OF YOU HAVE ONE ISSUE WITH THEM IT WILL BE FAIRLY QUICK. BUT MULTIPLE THINGS WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 1.5 - 2 MONTHS. It's mandatory appointment now for some reason but sometimes around 2 you can ask a question.
The phones mostly go unanswered because of all you can do online now. I would need more info to direct you to the right source such as location and questions.

Wait to see an attendant at the Rocky Mount DMV is usually very small. They take incredibly good care of the people that and they do everything they can do to help you I can't say enough about my experiences they are always good.
