No kids menú but they have small plates that the kids could order. Or you could order various rolls for the table and everyone grabs what they want.

I'm not sure if there is a kids menu but when I went there was several families with children in the restaurant and they were eating the food. Although I was told that it's always a good idea to make a reservation coming to this location. I waited for about 25 minutes to get a table and that was without a reservation.
Not that I saw. They do have cooked dishes (teriyaki, etc) as well as sushi, sashimi.
