I have called multiple times attempting to schedule an appointment and no one ever answers the phone (day or night) and there is no voice mailbox set up? Is there an email or alternative way to schedule appointments? Or is it walk in only? Thanks!

If you walk on I suggest more than an hour before closing. Twice I have tried an hour before closing and they could not fit me in so I went to an alternative down the street.

They are often busy and can't get to the phone, but keep trying. They usually answer when I call to make an appointment. It's a great place!

Im sure u can walk in and set an appointment. Its a very busy salon and I think they ignore the phone.
