I came to ihop with the family we ha e been waiting for our food for the past hour and a half - during the wait time no one came to check on our refreshments and when the order came it was wrong - im hungrey and i really hate being stuck here right n

The place is nice and renovated but they need to fire the chubby guy with tattoo. He never came back to check on us. Took our order, brought our food and gave us the bill.

They are completely understaffed

I agree with you Erica, that guy is awful, rude, inattentive , we had to constantly remind him to bring us our drinks.
