I'm a regular at neighborhood laundry. I mostly do the drop off service and lately my whites been coming back "greyhound none of my clothes don't smell like soap or softener. I did my own load and it was amazing how my clothes amazing and looked fresh. Lost me as a customer. Ps. I told management about this twice and nothing was done but ruining my clothes.

My laundry is always clean and smells fresh. They pick it up and drop it off. Friendly customer service and fast service. I have 2 kids so my laundry can get crazy. When its returned it's like new, you couldn't even tell 2 kids previously soiled it. I am very satisfied!

Words cannot express the profound gratitude I have for neighborhood Laundry. I had been in the hospital for two weeks. I was unable to do my laundry. Their customer service is second to none. They were kind enough to Reschedule my drop off date. I was highly impressed with the work that they done on my clothes and how it was packaged and delivered.
