When I went their in person the case worker told me it's better if you apply in person.
I'm homeless. Since I haven't been getting my mail very often since it was sent to family on the outskirts of town. Needless to say, my FS and AHCCCS had lapsed. Over the phone, the operator told me they couldn't do anything but give me the Health-E Arizona website to reapply. I couldn't wait 30/days, I was hungry now. She said I'd have to go in for emergency service. Just thought I'd share, so people who find themselves in a desperate situations, can avoid wasting their time calling them OR uploading a bunch of time-consuming, documents, only to have to wait it out 30 more days.
