Only use the drive thru at this location. Since I work across the street, Ive tried this BK quite a few times over the last 3 years. Unlike usual, I was surprisingly impressed with this visit! Got the 8pc chicken nugget meal with fries and a Coke. Positives: -Line moved pretty quickly, was a nice surprise -Food was good, tasted fresh, and was able to actually eat my meal (since it’s not usually good like today) -Remembered my sauce Negatives: - Like always, their sodas suck. Don’t think they change the bags in the soda machine often enough, but their Coke was pretty nasty -ALWAYS ASK FOR YOUR RECEIPT. They don’t give it automatically, and won’t help you if you have an issue without one All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with this visit. Though I would suggest going somewhere else, unless you have to sacrifice quality for time or convenience sake. If you can avoid the headache, I’d suggest avoiding this BK.

First time at this store. Awful. Dining room closed, strike one, only 2 employees there working, that is BK's fault, not theirs. Coupon not honored because I didn't announce it at the monitor, strike two(I hate the drive-thru and this is another reason to not use it). Cashier added three more items to my order that I didn't order and tried to charge me for it..strike three. Fries had zero salt on them. I will go back to this store, hopefully they will be at full strength.

They are definitely short staffed but who isn’t right now?! I don’t mind waiting a little longer for good customer service and fresh food. The 2 for $10 deal can’t be beat 😋. We should all be more appreciative of the people who are showing up and working short handed when some people aren’t working at all 🤷🏽‍♀️.

Absolutely disgusting, I couldn’t tell you what’s worse this trash I wouldn’t feed my dog, or the female who answered the phones attitude. Although I will tell you to stay far away from anything coming out of their kitchen.
