For right now a queen bed it's 237.30, for a double bed 253.12. if you stay more then 30 days we reduce tax from your payment so you pay $30 instead of $45=single & $50=double(two bed) but I will warn you if you live in the town you will have to pay a fee and be put in a two bed room when you enter. Only reason is we have had people from the local area destroy and steal from the rooms. It's not meant to offend anyone, it's just a reassurance for us.
