You can bring your own supplies if you are doing your own laundry. But, you can purchase things like soap, bleach, dryer sheets. I forgot my dryer sheets once and I was able to purchase dryer sheets 2 for 25 cents.
If you are washing yourself, yes you need to bring supplies or purchase separately at the counter. If you are dropping off your clothes for us to process, the supplies are provided.
You can buy some there if you need to but otherwise yes
