What time did you go? Was there a long line already? Realize that all the shakes and malts are handmade.
That sucks. I was there today and they were pretty busy but got our big order out to us in under 10 minutes. They have a special for a free drink or onion rings thing going on so that added to the long lines.
Its ice cream, doesn't take 35 min to make a malt and to top it off they came on the speaker and said they were sorry and that the malts we're on there way out i waited 15 more minutes and they still didn't get them out to me so i left
