I am planning a trip there with my teenage son. We have friends that camp all summer long there and will be a guest. Will we be allowed to set up a tent in or around their RV campsite? Or will we need to set it up elsewhere?

As long as you stay in your RV site it should be okay. However depending on the size of your RV and the RV site you may be limited on how much room you have. I rented an RV site and had a site next to for the tent for my son and his family.

I've seen many times RV owners setup a tent next to their RV at Fun valley. I don't think there would be any charge at all as long as you stay within their RV site. their RV site rates do not depend on number of guests. Sometimes it gets cool at night, I'd suggest bringing sleeping bags and blankets. Have fun, it's an awesome place, our teenage boys love it! 😁👍

You will be allowed to set up a tent, but how close it will be to their RV depends on their RV location. There are separate spots for tents somewhat near the RV sites.

Usually they will allow a tent but he'll have to pay I think
