No. This is a retail store carrying various NEW home items in somewhat limited quantities. So if you see something you like..don't wait..BUY IT! New stock comes in weekly.
No, they don't take items from people. This is an excellent home store that sells items from many other brand name home decor/furniture stores for a more affordable price. I shop there quite often for the past 4 years and have yet to be disappointed. The first item was a front door Halloween mat/rug that was originally from pier 1 for 80$ and I bought it at the At Home store for 10$. The only downside is they do not have any extra stock; what you see in the store is what they have. They do have a continuous flow of new items, so check back if you don't see what your looking for. Customer service is also a plus when you can find a worker :)
