TERRIBLE SERVICE My wife calls to make appointment she’s turned away because cdc guidelines state there can’t be more people In lobby unfortunately none of this was said on the phone TWO WEEKS prior to appointment so the haircut my daughter is looking forward to gets canceled because my wife couldn’t stay with my 7yr old daughter And the stylist Ashley has the audacity to blame my wife for the miscommunication. MAINTAIN YOUR PROFESSIONALISM IF YOU WANT TO MAKE IT PAST SUPERCUTS

Called ahead to set up an appointment time and they were ready when I arrived. They've cut down on the number of people/stylists inside due to Covid. If you have to wait, you'll be waiting outside. I'm fine with that. My stylist, Nate, was excellent and very much wanted to make sure I'd be happy with my haircut. Very happy with the results.
