Kneaders is a very casual place. So long as you wear shoes and a shirt as most places require you should be fine. And as mentioned they do have a drive through in case you want to stop by in your jammies. ☺
I personally wouldn't go there in gym shorts, but they do have a drive thru 😊 Jeans are fine.
