Yes it is the close of the regular season. They are open on weekends through Sept. and do Frightmares on Fri, Sat, & Sun.
Our family plans on attending once a year and have done so, for about the last 15 years. We specifically target holidays. We've been on Memorial Day, 4th of July, 24th of July, and Labor Day. In our experience, lines are always shorter and it's not super busy. Company parties aren't typically scheduled on holidays.That fact alone, is a big factor for slower traffic within the park. People also tend to have many other plans keeping them out of the park. We'll continue to target holidays, it's worked very well for us. We attended Labor Day this week, and had family in the park on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Same thing, small lines, great day!
I feel like it would be.
It depends on the weather.
It can be busy during holidays when kids are out of school.
In my experience it is more busy.
A lot of times everything is better. ( Lines, its more clean, less crowded.
