They took deposit on my account & wouldn't give back. Called x2, they came up with excuses as forgotten, time limits & then bank mistakes. Finally after 21 days I demanded my $75.00 dollars back, they said call your bank, I told them I would but I would report them to theft department. I dont think they believed me which i did, not only did i get money back but they were investigated. I will never stay again or give recommendation.
According to the reviews and our personal experience you happen to be one of the few to NOT have a bad encounter there. We didn't want to be there in the first place. We definitely won't be there again and neither will any of our associates. Two weeks AFTER staying there they took a great deal of money from our account without our authorization. Who does that?
Never had any problems there. They take out a deposit but it's always gone back in after i check out.
